NUTELLA CHEESECAKE RECIPE Directions:For the crust, preheat oven to 350*F (180*C).Remove the cream between oreo cookies and crush them. Melt butter and pour over the crushed cookies. Mix until evenly moistened. Press cookie mixture into the bottom of a 10-inch (26 cm) springform pan. Bake for 13 minutes. Leave to cool to room temperature.Reduce oven temperature to 300*F (150*C).Prepare the cream cheese filling. In a large bowl beat the cream cheese (room temperature) with 3/4 cup heavy cream. Combine the sugar with cornstarch. Gradually add the sugar and cornstarch mixture and mix until well combined. Add vanilla extract and mix. Add eggs (room temperature) one at a time and mix until incorporated. Reserve about 1/3 of cream cheese mixture in a separate bowl. Add Nutella and 3 tbsp of heavy cream over the reserved 1/3 of cream cheese mixture and mix well until incorporated.  Pour the white cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust. Add Nutella mixture on top and spread evenly. Bake for 55 minutes on 300*F (150*C). Turn off oven and leave it in the oven. Use a wooden spoon to prop door ajar and leave to cool completely. Remove the cheesecake from the pan.For the Nutella topping, bring cream to a boil and pour over the Nutella. Mix well and spread evenly over the cheesecake. Refrigerate for few hours or overnight.
